Misaki Yuuki ist die Kriegerin im Sternzeichen des Affen im Juuni Taisen. Sie ist entschiedene Pazifistin, welche oft von Regierungschefs und Rebellenführern als Diplomatin bzw. Unterhändlerin beauftragt wird. Blutvergießen und Gewalt sind ihr aus tiefstem Herzen zuwider, folglich kritisiert sie auch so ein Konzept wie das Juuni Taisen offen. Sie ist eine warmherzige, sanfte Person und liebt es zu wandern und zu backen.
Als Diplomatin ist sie in der gesamten Welt sehr angesehen, jedoch haben viele Fehlschläge sie etwas verbittert und am Menschen zweifeln lassen. Dennoch versucht sie eine optimistische Sichtweise beizubehalten. Zu Beginn des Juuni Taisen strebt sie eine Zusammenarbeit mit allen Teilnehmern an, damit niemand beim Wettkampf sterben muss. Im Kampf nutzt sie waffenlose Kampfstile, ihr Ziel ist es nicht, ihre Gegner zu töten, sondern lediglich kampfunfähig zu machen.
