Michio Tsukui ist der Krieger des Hundes im Juuni Taisen und als solcher, aufgrund seines gefährlichen Bisses, sehr gefürchtet. Er ist ein Mann, der sich seiner enormen Stärke und Einfallsreichtum bewusst ist. Seine listenreichen Strategien zielen darauf ab, seine Gegner nach und nach hinterrücks zu ermorden, nachdem er sie für sich ausgenutzt hat. Jedoch hat dieser auf dem Schlachtfeld brutal und egoistisch wirkende Mann auch eine sanfte, kinderliebe Seite während seiner Arbeit in der Vorschule. Als Kalligraph beweist er zudem sein Talent für das Poetische und Künstlerische. Er neigt zur Selbstüberschätzung und verhält sich den anderen Teilnehmern gegenüber sehr arrogant. Sein Ziel im Juuni Taisen ist eine sichere Zukunft für sich und seine geliebte Adoptivtochter.
