Sie liebt Pokémon über alles und ist wie ein wandelnder Pokedex, sie kann Pokémon auf Anhieb erkennen, weis vieles über deren Herkunft, Verhalten, speziellen Eigenarten und kennt sogar die meisten ihrer Attacken.
So groß ihre Liebe zu Pokémon auch ist, hat sie doch ein Problem: Sie kann nämlich keine Pokémon anfassen und scheint angst davor zu haben, sie zu berühren, dies ist auf ein traumatisches Ereignis aus ihrer Kindheit zurückzuführen. Als ersten Schritt um von dieser Angst wieder wegzukommen, entschließt sie sich das Pokémon-Ei, was sie von Professor Eichs Cousin bekommen hat, zu hüten. Aus diesem schlüpft später Flöckchen, ein Alola Vulpix.
