Riona ist eine hübsche junge Frau, mit langem, hellbraunen Haar. Sie trägt für gewöhnlich ihre Schuluniform und kleidet sich in ihrer Freizeit gerne elegant.

Sie ist ein wenig hochnäsig und benimmt sich gelegentlich ein wenig selbstgefällig. So bevorzugt sie es Fräulein genannt zu werden. Dennoch ist sie sehr einfühlsam und hat viel für andere übrig. Dies gibt sie allerdings selten zu.

Besonders zu Nobuaki fühlt sie sich hingezogen. Während sie sich anfangs gegenüber ihm noch Recht tsundere-mäßig verhält, kommt sie ihm mit der Zeit näher. Besonders seine wiederholten Versuche, sein eigenes Leben für ihres zu opfern, sorgen dafür, dass sie sich in ihn verliebt. Doch umso schlimmer wird ihre Verzweiflung nach dessen Tod, sodass sie nach ihrem Sieg im Ousama Game den Freitod wählt.
