Suguru Doujima ist ein Schüler im ersten Jahr und eines der Mitglieder des Studentenrats. Er hat unordentliche schwarze Haare und trägt eine Brille.
In der Mittelschule besuchte Suguru den Kendo Club gemeinsam mit dem vorherigen Vorsitzenden des Studentenrats, der ihn dem Studentenrat empfahl.
Doujima ist entspannt und freundlich und scheint viele Dinge nicht ernst zu nehmen. Obwohl er gelegentlich als oberflächlich wahrgenommen wird, hat er einen starken moralischen Kern und regt sich daher sehr auf, als er herausfindet, dass Akaris Schwarm sie angelogen hat.
