Wendy O. Koopa ist drittjüngster und der einzige weibliche Koopaling. Sie wirkt manchmal desinteressiert und achtet im höchsten Maße auf ihr Aussehen, nichts ist ihr wichtiger, das erkennt man auch daran, dass sie Lippenstift trägt und immer modisch gekleidet ist. Sie liebt Shopping fast so sehr wie ihre Schönheit. Anstatt Armbänder mit Zacken trägt Wendy zwei große, goldene Ringe um ihre Handgelenke. Ihr großer Wunsch ist es, eine Königin zu werden. Neben Roy ist sie der einzige haarlose Koopaling. Wendy hasst die Kälte, Eis und Winter, das macht sie richtig aggressiv, weshalb sie in Eiswelten ein besonders gefährlicher Gegner ist. Von Kartfahrern wird sie als „Sturzprinzessin“ und „Speed-Königin“ beschrieben.
