Chitori ist einer der Dämonen im Spiel O-to-ko-yo. Er erinnert ein wenig an ein chinesisches Fabelwesen, das aussieht wie ein Löwe, geht auf vier Beinen, besitzt mächtige Hauer und trägt eine Maske die mit 4 Hörnern bewaffnet ist. Darüber hinaus befinden sich an seiner Seite jeweils ein großes rot leuchtendes Gefäß. Seine grell leuchtenden Augen und das finstere Lächeln, das er aufsetzt, lässt die Kinder das Fürchten lehren. Sein Name bedeutet soviel wie »Blutnehmer«, weshalb man annehmen könnte, die beiden Gefäße würden jenes beherbergen.
