Yuugaku Akahoshi ist ein freundlicher sowie hilfsbereiter Schüler und der beste Freund von Shouta Amano, den er bereits seit Kindertagen kennt. Mit ihm zusammen will er das Spiel bis zum Ende überleben. Im Gegensatz zu Shouta ist Yuugaku ein absoluter Frauenschwarm.

Zu seiner Rettung muss er den Zahn einer weiblichen Klassenkameradin essen. Da er aber stattdessen den Zahn einer klassenfremden Schülerin isst, stirbt er noch im Klassenzimmer.
