Mizuki ist die jüngere Schwester von Taketeru. Seit ihrer Kindheit ist sie sehr kränklich und musste oft ins Krankenhaus. Durch die Besuche und Sorgen ihres Bruders hat sie ein enges Verhältnis zu Taketeru aufgebaut. Deswegen schmeckt es ihr auch so gar nicht, dass sich ausgerechnet Saki in Taketeru mehr sieht als einen einfachen Freund. Neben der Schule jobbt sie übrigens in einem Fastfoodgeschäft.
