Ein alter Freund Payas, mit dem dieser im Vietnam-Krieg gedient hat. Um seine Herrin Punie bei ihrem Schultest zu helfen, den sie völlig vermasseln würde, wenn sie nicht schummelt, bittet er Peter ihm zu helfen. Der lässt sich auch nicht lumpen und ist gleich mit einem Kampfhubschrauber zur Stelle (höchstwahrscheinlich ein Black Hawk). Nur neigt er etwas zu übertreiben, als er sein ganzes Waffenarsenal gen Schulzimmer abfeuert.
