Jorge ist Koenmas leicht trotteliger und manchmal weinerlicher Untergebener. Er versucht meistens dafür zu sorgen, dass Koenma sich auf seine eigentliche Arbeit konzentriert. Ansonsten scheint sein Job darin zu bestehen, Koenmas Anweisungen und Aufträgen blindlings zu folgen. Manchmal scheint er mehr Koenmas persönlicher Butler zu sein, als einfacher Angestellter. Dazu kommt, dass Koenma seinen Frust oft und gerne verbal an den armen Jorge abreagiert.
