Luini ist der Mann, der als Gott des Todes bekannt ist. Er besuchte verschiedene Städte und kaufte junge Burschen, darunter auch Romeo, um sie als Schornsteinfeger in Mailand teuer zu verkaufen. Luinis Grausamkeit war so stark, dass er den Lebensunterhalt von Romeos Familie zerstörte, nur um den damals 11-jährigen Jungen unter Vertrag zu nehmen.
