Leon ist der Sohn von Theo und Vater der kleinen Nana. Im Gegensatz zu seinem Vater wollte Leon nie ein Puppenspieler werden, sondern immer als Arzt arbeiten, um Menschen zu helfen. Leon und sein Vater gerieten deswegen sehr häufig in Streit. Nachdem Nana sehr krank wurde, wurde sein Wunsch Arzt zu werden allerdings noch stärker und so verließ er, nach einem erneuten Streit, die Familie, um in Mailand, unter Professor Casella, zu studieren.

Wenige Jahre später versöhnten sich Dr. Leon und Theo.
