Takuoka (geboren 02. August 1966) hat bei einem Banküberfall 4 Menschen getötet und selbst bei seiner Festnahme noch mal 5 Polizeibeamte. Weiter sagt man ihm nach, dass er 5 Menschen mit bloßen Händen ermordet habe. Der Professor befreit ihn zusammen mit Yamauchi. Doch Tatuoka möchte sich nichts sagen lassen und legt sich mit ihm an. Sein loses Mundwerk und vulgäre Ausdrucksweise passt dem Professor überhaupt nicht. Takuoka beginnt allerdings schnell zu verstehen, dass er schlechte Karten hat, wenn er sich mit dem Professor auseinander setzen möchte. Stattdessen folgt er artig dessen Anordungen und arrangiert sich mit ihm.
