Tomoe ist eine Schülerin der 1. Klasse an der Minegahara Oberschule. Sie ist ein eher kleines Mädchen, mit einer T-förmigen Haarspange auf der linken Kopfseite und, laut Sakutas Azusagawas Aussagen, einem großen Hintern.

Sie hat ein großes Verlangen, sich anzupassen, um nicht unbeliebt zu werden – was auch der Grund dafür ist, warum sie sich so sehr über ihr Sozialleben schert. Nach ihren gemeinsamen Erfahrungen mit Sakuta, lerne sie dann doch, sich nicht zu sehr auf ihren sozialen Status zu konzentrieren.
