Saki Nikaido ist Zombie Nr. 2 und war im Leben die Anführerin der Dorami Biker Gang. Sie hat zusammen mit ihrer besten Freundin Reiko Amabuki und dem Rest der Gang die gesamte Insel Kyushu eroberte. Sie ist eine wahre Draufgängerin und lässt sich sehr schnell auf Stress ein. Saki hat eine harte und rebellische Einstellung, ist ungestüm und mutig. Anfangs hat sie aufgrund ihrer barschen Art Schwierigkeiten, mit den anderen Mädchen in Kontakt zu treten, doch erlangt sie in darauffolgende Zeit deren Vertrauen und wird so die Leaderin bei Franchouchou.

Sie starb Ende der 1990er Jahre mit ihrem Motorrad während einer Mutprobe gegen einen rivalisierenden Bande.
