Kouhei Imamura ist ein Student an der Universität Izu und ein Mitglied des Tauchclubs, da er sich dort seinen eigenen Harem erhofft. Der blonde Erstsemestler ist nämlich ein Otaku. Das erkennt man meistens an seinen Pullovern, die er trägt, da oft Animecharaktere darauf abgebildet sind. Einige Mitstudenten sind von ihm angewidert da er eine Schwäche für kleine Schwester Charaktere hat.
