Akitoshi Takami ist eigentlich ein normaler Schüler der nach dem Tod seiner Eltern gemeinsam mit seiner großen Schwester Hitomi zusammen lebt. Das Verhältnis zwischen den beiden ist nicht gerade das beste; seine Schwester ist zu ihm meistens sehr abweisend und kühl und neigt dazu ihn wie ihren Hausdiener rum zu kommandieren. Akitoshi scheint aber sehr viel mehr für seine Schwester zu empfinden, als er eigentlich sollte. So findet er ihren Duft geradezu verlockend und stellt sich gerne seine Schwester bei unanständigen Dingen vor.

Als eines Tages das Shinigami-Fräulein Mina bei Akitoshi erscheint und ihm das Leben nehmen möchte, bricht für den jungen Schüler eine Welt zusammen. Aus Mitleid erklärt Mina ihm einen Weg dem Tod zu entrinnen: Er muss in der vorgegebenen Zeit ein neues Leben erschaffen, also ein Kind zeugen, damit der Tod von ihm ablässt. Zu Akitoshis Pech jedoch, hatte er bis heute nie eine Freundin, so dass ihm nichts anderes übrig bleibt seine große Schwester Hitomi um ihren Beistand zu fragen. So beginnt ihr Sex-Marathon mit dem Ziel ein Kind in die Welt zu setzen.
