Yuu Yamagishi ist eine der drei Schülerinnen, die freiwillig bei einem nächtlichen Schulprojekt ihrer Lehrerin Risa Shindou teilnehmen und sich alte, bekannte Filme anschauen, um diese später zu bewerten.

Yuu ist ein sehr offenes, sonniges Mädchen und verbreitet gerne gute Laune bei ihren Mitschülern. Sie scheint auch sehr an Technik interessiert zu sein, da sie ein modernes Handy besitzt mit dem man problemlos Fernsehen schauen kann. So ist sie die erste, die von dem mysteriösen Sexvirus, das ganz Japan befallen hat, erfährt und versucht ihre Mitschüler und ihre Lehrerin zu warnen. Leider kommt jede Warnung schon zu spät, so dass auch sie, wie der Rest der Schulprojektmitglieder, zu willenlosen Sklaven ihrer Triebe werden.
