Goe Ishikawa ist eine Schülerin im zweiten Jahr an der Sorasaki High School und Momos Klassenkameradin. Sie ist Hatsumes Auszubildende und mag Plüschtiere und Tiere. Ihr Codename lautet „Goemon“. Als Waffe verwendet sie ein Scharfschützengewehr, womit sie die anderen im Kampf aus dem Hintergrund sichert, aber auch im Nahkampf ist sie sehr versiert und verwendet dabei einen klauenähnlichen Handschuh und ein Schild. Obwohl sie eine Auszubildende der Tsukikage ist, ist sie tatsächlich kämpferisch sehr stark. Selbst wenn sie keine Waffe hat, kann sie ihre Gegner nur mit ihren Kampfkünsten besiegen und einer Organisation ernsthaft Schaden zufügen. Goe hat einen gutherzigen Charakter und sorgt sich sehr um ihre Gefährtinnen.
