Rin’na Kazamatsuri ist eine Transferschülerin von der Ultima-Stiftung und betrachtet Shipon sowohl als Freundin als auch als ihre Hauptrivalin. Rin’na ist ein paar Jahre jünger als Shipon und die meisten anderen Schüler, aber da es auf Ultima nur wenige Kinder gibt (es ist die neueste Raumstation und noch unvollständig), hat sie sich die meiste Zeit mit sich selber beschäftigt und mit den Flugsimulatoren gespielt. Daher ist sie beim Steuern eines Raumschiffes und bei Nullgravitationsübungen weitaus besser als die meisten Menschen, die Jahre älter sind als sie.
