Der geheimnisvolle »Geist der Bühne« bezeichnet sich selbst als »Fool« (Narr, im Sinne von Schalk). Seine Ratschläge sind durchaus ernst zu nehmen, zumal er in einem gewissen Rahmen die Zukunft mittels Tarot-Karten vorher sagen kann. Er schafft es, sein ebenso würdevolles wie mysteriöses Auftreten von einem Moment auf den anderen ad absurdum zu führen, wenn er z.B. wie so oft einen plumpen Versuch startet, einen Blick auf die nackte Sora zu werfen.

Kaleido Stage-Neuling Sora Naegino ist auch die einzige, die ihn überhaupt wahrnehmen kann, weswegen sie zunächst an ihrem Verstand zweifelt. Fool, der etwa die Größe einer Actionfigur hat und sich schwebend fortbewegt, prophezeit ihr eine große Zukunft als Artistin. Die Tatsache, dass sie ihn sehen kann, bedeute, dass sie von der Bühne auserwählt wurde.
