Yamauchi Youdou, auch bekannt unter dem Namen Toyoshige, ist ein berühmter Daimyo in Japan und veranstaltet im Jahre 1857 ein Turnier, in dem er die besten Schwertkämpfer, wie beispielsweise Sakamoto Ryoma und Kogoro Katsura, antreten lässt.
