Shouma Akiyama ist Oberschüler des 2. Jahrgangs und ein guter Freund von Keiki Kiryuu. Er präsentiert sich als ziemlich entspannt und freundlich.

Er ist inzwischen die Freundin von Koharu Ootori, die ziemlich lange auf ihn stand, nachdem er ihr wegen seines »Komplexes« zuerst einen Korb gegeben hatte. Am Ende bekehrte ihn Keiki doch zur Vernunft und er ging die Beziehung mit Koharu ein – auch wenn er es sehr verstörend findet, wie viele Fotos sie heimlich von ihm geschossen hatte.
