Mizuchi ist ein vom Aussterben bedrohtes Japanerkaninchen, auch Harlequin genannt. Ihre Haut und ihr Fell haben zwei verschiedene Farbtöne, wobei die rechte Seite ihres Körpers schwarz und die linke Seite weiß ist.
Sie ist sehr rachsüchtig, eifersüchtig, skrupellos und neidisch. Sie ist zudem extrem besitzergreifend. Als sie ihren Freund und Haru so gut miteinander auskommen sah, begann sie aus Eifersucht Gerüchte über die sexuellen Aktivitäten von Haru zu verbreiten. Zu ihrer Verteidigung argumentierte Haru, dass Mizuchis Freund sie zuerst küsste und in sie verliebt war, weshalb Mizuchi ihren Partner in einem Anfall von Wut verließ.
