Matsuda Tomoko ist die Vorstandssekretärin von Sōryūin Shion der Koyo Academy Group und studierte davor Geisteswissenschaften.

Tomoko ist von den brutalen Kengan-Kämpfen schockiert, genießt aber gleichzeitig die Nähe der starken, muskulösen Kämpfer.
