Quatre ist der einzige Junge einer wohlhabenden pazifistisch orientierten Familie von Weltraumkolonie-Entwicklern und besitzt 29 Schwestern. Gegen den Willen seines Vaters schließt er sich dem Kampf gegen Oz an, um seine Lieben, wie er sagt, zu beschützen. Im Laufe der Serie nimmt er sogar die führende Rolle unter den Gundam-Piloten ein. Er ist charmant, einfühlsam, mutig und entschlossen. Dabei versucht er Konflikte immer friedlich zu lösen. Unterstützt wird er von vierzig treuen Männern, dem »Maganac Corps«.

Sein Gundam ist der »Gundam Sandrock«.
In der OVA Endless Waltz steuert er den »Gundam Sandrock Custom«.
