Chiyomi Ohtaka ist eine lesbische Frau, die blonde Haare hat und daher oft mit einer Ausländerin verwechselt wird. Sie stammt aus einer reichen Familie und lebt ohne Unannehmlichkeiten. Nach ihrem Schulabschluss ging sie aufs College und arbeitet jetzt als Tierärztin, obwohl sie, wie sie selbst sagt, nicht so gut mit Tieren umgehen kann. Schon seit der Oberschule hat sie eine Beziehung zu einer älteren Frau, obgleich sie in der Oberschule total verliebt in Souko Shimojou war, die aber ihre Gefühle nicht erwiderte. Viele Jahre nach der Oberschule bittet Souko sie ihren missbräuchlichen Ehemann zu töten.
