Samon Takamizawa ist der Chef seines eigenen Restaurants, in dem er mit seinem Sohn Jin und seiner Tochter Natsuki arbeitet. Als Kellner hat er zusätzlich noch Tatsuya und Feena angestellt.

Er ist ein sehr guter Koch, weshalb sein Restaurant stets gut besucht ist. Als Chef ist er fair und rücksichtsvoll gegenüber seinen Mitarbeitern. Seinem Sohn Jin aber zieht er jeglichen Schaden, den er oder einer seiner Kollegen im Restaurant verursacht, vom Gehalt ab.
