Camille ist die Tochter von König Morpheus und die Prinzessin des Schlummerlandes. Ihr Vater wählte Nemo als ihren neuen Spielkamerad aus. Als die Diener des Königs dem kleinen Nemo eine Einladung in diese Welt der Träume überreichten, zögerte er zuerst. Die leckeren Traumkekse, welche in der Süßigkeitenfabrik des Schlummerlandes hergestellt und extra von Camille ausgesucht wurden, überzeugten ihn jedoch, die Einladung anzunehmen. Beim ersten Aufeinandertreffen mit Nemo neckte sie ihn, machte sich über seinen Pyjama lustig und bezeichnete sein Gleithörnchen Icarus als Ratte. Nemo war von ihr anfangs wenig begeistert, doch Camille hatte sichtlich ihren Spaß.
