Der Weltraumkönig ist der Befehlshaber der Weltraumpolizei und somit der Chef von Jaco Tilimentenpiboshi. Er schickte Jaco auf die Erde und gab ihm den Auftrag, sich um den Saiyajin, der dorthin geschickt wurde, zu kümmern. Da er dachte, die Erdlinge seien schwach und unreif, war er sich sicher, dass die Saiyajins ein schwaches Kind zur Auslöschung der Erdlinge geschickt haben. Er wählte Jaco aus, weil er meinte, dass selbst »ein Idiot wie er« mit einem Kind fertigwerden würde.
