Rihito ist ein sehr stiller Zeitgenosse, der seine Gedanken lieber für sich behält. Als Dunkelelf ist er täglich Diskriminierung und Abneigung ausgeliefert, doch er lässt sich seine verletzten Gefühle nicht anmerken und mimt den starken Unerschütterlichen.
Wo er aber keinen Spaß versteht, ist, wenn es um seine kleine Schwester Lupine geht. Ihr gegenüber ist er sehr beschützend, auch wenn er sie als vollwertige Kämpferin betrachtet, die ihm in keinerlei Fähigkeiten nachsteht. Auch das Team aus Dunkelelfen, das er anführt, ist stärketechnisch gut ausgeglichen und hat ihn als den Anführer akzeptiert. Dennoch kommt es aufgrund seiner geheimnisvollen Art und Weise öfter zu Konflikten unter ihnen.
