Barton Rosch ist der Oberbefehlshaber der Ritterarmee des Königreichs Evermore. Er ist sehr loyal gegenüber der Königsfamilie und beschützt sowohl diese als auch die Einwohner Evermores mit seinem Leben. Er ist sehr misstrauisch gegenüber Fremden. So inspizierte er Yuusuke Ninomiya und Haruto Ichihara, die erst vor kurzem ihre ersten Schritte in das Land gesetzt hatten, ganz genau, obwohl sie Prinzessin Astrid von ihrem tödlichen Fluch befreit hatten.
