Charlot ist ein Mensch, der enge Beziehungen zur Shindeki-Kirche pflegt und aufgrund seiner Fähigkeit sich selbst überall hin zu teleportieren zu können, überaus wertvoll für die Erzfeinde der Bibliothek der Bantorra ist. Er selbst liebt das schnelle Leben, hat sich aber erst kürzlich bis über beide Ohren in die Prostituierte Olivia Litlet verliebt, die noch nicht mal menschlich ist, sondern den Meats (siehe => Colio Tonies) angehört. Wie er selbst sagt, würde er alles für sie tun, selbst seinen Status als echter Mensch aufgeben, um selbst ein Meat zu werden, nur damit Olivia ihn weiter beachtet.
