Eine der Zwillinge von Chitose Mihara. Genauso wie ihre Schwester Chise schließt sie Kobato Hanato, die neue Bewohnerin des Apartmenthauses, sofort in ihr Herz. Beide weisen gleiche Charakterzüge und Denkstrukturen auf, was teilweise dazu führt, dass sie gleichzeitig denselben Satz sprechen. Rein äußerlich sind beide darüber hinaus kaum zu unterscheiden, lediglich an ihrem Kleidungsstil lassen sie sich so auseinander halten. Während Chiho ein vornehmlich weißes Kleid trägt, trägt Chise eines mit mehr Schwarz-Anteil. Wie bei Clamp häufiger vorkommend handelt es bei ihnen um Crossover-Charaktere, Chiho stammt aus Chobits und spielte dort die Rolle der Chii.
