Eigentlich sind die fünf Schüler Taichi, Iori, Nagase, Aoki und Yuri dem Kulturclub beigetreten, um ihre Ruhe zu haben und ohne viel Arbeit durch die Yamahoshi Hochschule zu kommen. Doch die beschaulichen Nachmittage sind vorbei, als Heartseed erscheint, eine unbekannte Lebensform, die sich für die menschlichen Emotionen interessiert. Als Testobjekte hat er sich den Kulturclub ausgesucht und um die Sache voran zu treiben, lässt er die Mitglieder willkürlich die Körper tauschen. Die fünf Freunde sind nun dazu gezwungen, sich mit ihren Problemen und Traumata auseinander zu setzten, die sie bis jetzt versucht haben geheim zu halten.
