Im 17. Jahrhundert hat der deutsche Alchemist Johann Schultz erfolgreich eine Hexe geschaffen. Daraufhin hat er ihre Kräfte in sein eigenes Blut injiziert.

Eine lange Zeit ist seitdem vergangen. Heute hat Yomoda Rena ein Projekt geschaffen, in dem sein Cousin Shurutsu Kenichi, ein Oberschüler und dritte Generation Deutscher, arbeitet. Das bedeutet er bekämpft als Magical Girl allerlei Bösewichte, die es wagen Hexerei zu benutzen.
