Seit dem Tod seiner Eltern lebte Aoto bei seiner verheirateten Schwester, bis auch sie bei einem Unfall starb. Fortan kümmert sich sein verwitweter Schwager Takashi um ihn, für den Aoto schon lange heimliche Gefühle hegt.

Als Takashi auf Geschäftsreise fährt, bittet er seinen Freund Masayuki, sich um Aoto zu kümmern. Aoto und Masayuki geraten gleich am ersten Abend aneinander und Masayuki durchschaut mit Leichtigkeit Aotos unterdrückte Gefühle für Takashi. Er bringt Aotos Leben völlig durcheinander, und plötzlich weiß Aoto nicht mehr, wem sein Herz wirklich gehört.
