The near future. Humanity has contracted the Bio Bug. A cellular fusion disease, it allows two object to merge as one, unlocking the full potential of both. When high school rivals Fujii, a newly infected individual and Hosaka, a Gun-fused assassin, find they both love Fumiho Enomoto, they choose to protect her individually from those that abuse the Bio Bug. Yet, an act of courage will force them together on a warpath at the risk of death from both a shadow organization and the society they guard.

Der Schüler Fujii verliebt sich zum ersten Mal in ein Mädchen, die hübsche Fumiho. Er ist ihr so verfallen, dass seine beste Freundin, die coole Kiwako, sich ständig über ihn lustig macht deswegen. Sie leben in einer Welt, in der manche Menschen von einer seltsamen Krankheit befallen werden, dem Biorg-Bug. Zu den ersten Symptomen zählt das Auftauchen von herzförmigen Löchern in den Händen. Eines Tages entdeckt Fujii diese Herzen bei sich selbst und alles verändert sich.

Le monde est rongé par un mal étrange baptisé “Bio Bug”: des “trous” apparaissent chez certains individus, leur permettant d’absorber et de fusionner avec l’objet de leur choix. Le résultat peut se révéler utile, remarquable ou … terrifiant!
Cependant, les préoccupations des lycéens demeurent les mêmes et notre héros, Fujii, est moins intéressé par la capacité de son amie Kiwa à fusionner avec une moto que par la charmante Fumiho Enomoto. Malheureusement pour lui, il a comme rival le brillant Hosa, qui veille sur la jeune fille depuis sa plus tendre enfance … Car Fumiho, sous ses airs insouciants, cache un secret qui pourrait affecter la Terre entière!
Lorsque Fujii se découvre lui-même atteint d’un Bio Bug, quel choix fera-t-il pour obtenir une place dans le cœur de Fumiho?
