Die Action-Geschichte dreht sich um Fudou Nomura, der an eine Schule wechselt, in der alle Mädchen bewaffnet sind und ihre männlichen Mitschüler gnadenlos unterdrücken. Und kaum hat sein neues Schulleben angefangen, wird er auch schon zum Ziel von Rin Onigaware, einem der Fünf Herrschenden Schwerter, die in der Schule das Sagen haben. Die einzige Möglichkeit für ihn, freizukommen, besteht darin, diese fünf Anführerinnen zu besiegen.
