Fubuki Sakuragasaki ist eine sehr begabte Spielerin. Mit ihren Glücks-Höschen steigt sie immer weiter Ränge bei den BAG (Best of Arcade Gamer) Turnieren auf. Ihr Traum ist es, irgendwann einmal Welt Arcade Spieler zu werden. Die Gulasic Gruppe ist unterwegs, um die Welt zu erobern, indem sie das Turnier gewinnen wollen. Die Gruppe erweist sich als ein sehr erfahrenes Team mit guten Spielern. Fubuki muss nun versuchen Gulasic zu besiegen und sie daran hindern, die Welt zu erobern. Dabei muss sie mit dem legendären Spieler Mr. Mystery zusammenarbeiten, um die vier Spielegötter der Gulasic Gruppe zu besiegen und das Arcade-Gaming für alle sicher zu machen.
