In dem Apartment seiner Geliebten Yoko bekommt Jun einen Anruf von seiner Frau, die kurz vor der Geburt ihres gemeinsamen Kindes ist. Daraufhin macht Jun mit Yoko Schluss und eilt in den Fahrstuhl des Apartments.

Unglücklicherweise bleibt der Fahrstuhl den er nimmt auf dem Weg nach unten stecken. Nun ist er mit drei Fremden gefangen und um die Zeit zu vertreiben entscheiden sich alle, ihre dunkelsten Geheimnisse zu verraten. Jeder einzelne dieser drei scheinbar völlig normalen Menschen erzählt von Taten verstörenden Ausmaßes; Taten von solcher Abartigkeit, dass Jun seinen Augen und Ohren nicht zu trauen vermag.

Ist dies sein Schicksal - hier zu sterben mit diesen Menschen und gemeinsam mit ihrem Leben für ihre Taten zu büßen oder wird man sie doch noch rechtzeitig befreien können?
