Um ihr kleines Kind vor dem schlechten Einfluss seiner Freunde zu schützen, ziehen die Eltern von Takashi Kaze in den 80ern zu einem ruhigen Gebiet in Tokio um. Takashi wartet nicht und freundet sich umgehend mit Schülern seiner Klasse an. Da diese begeisterte Fans von Motorradrennen sind, laden sie ihn eines Tages ein, dem nächsten Event beizuwohnen. Für Takashi wird es eine Offenbarung, woraufhin er sich entschließt, einer Bikergang beizutreten! Alles, was ihm jetzt noch fehlt, ist ein Motorrad …

Siamo negli anni '80 e i genitori di Takashi, preoccupati per il figlio che cresce in un “brutto” quartiere, decidono di trasferirsi in una delle zone più tranquilla e periferica di Tokyo. Takashi, d’altra parte, non chiede altro che qualcosa che possa rendere la sua vita diversa; che lo faccia sentire vivo e non un ragazzino comune e mediocre. Alla ricerca quindi di emozioni forti, segue i suoi nuovi compagni e partecipa a un motoraduno.
