11-gatsu no Gymnasium ist ein Sammelband mit verschiedenen Geschichten von Moto Hagio. Die in diesem Band enthaltene Kurzgeschichte 11-gatsu no Gymnasium gilt als der zweite je veröffentlichte „Shounen-Ai“-Manga und erzählt von einer homosexuellen Liebesbeziehung an einer renommierten deutschen Jungenschule Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts.

11-gatsu no Gymnasium:
Der harte, rebellische Eric wird neu im Internat eingeschult, er verspürt eine sofortige Antipathie zu einem seiner Mitschüler, Thoma. Thoma ist Eric äußerlich sehr ähnlich, aber im Gegensatz zu ihm ist er sanft, zart und ist bei seinen Mitschülern sehr beliebt.

Des Weiteren beinhaltet dieser Band noch die Geschichten Yuki no Ko, Tou no Aru Ie, Shiroi Tori ni Natta Shoujo, Shiroki Mori Shiroki Shounen no Fue, Bianca, Sayo no Nuu Yukata, Aki no Tabi und Kawaisou na Mama.

Anmerkung:
1974 entwickelte Hagio die Geschichte 11-gatsu no Gymnasium weiter und schuf eine erweiterte, alternative Version zu dieser Erzählung unter dem Namen Thomas no Shinzou. Die Geschichte Bianca wurde in dem 2010 erschienen Sammelband A Drunken Dream and Other Stories re-released.
