In der titelgebenden Geschichte „Pet Keiyaku“ sucht Yuki nach einem Weg, seinen kranken Bruder zu retten. Als er von einem potentiellen Heilmittel erfährt, welches auf dem Schwarzmarkt gehandelt wird, macht er sich auf in die „schwarze Zone“, Distrikt 13, einen hoch umzäunten, rechtsfreien Raum. Dort trifft er auf seine alten Bekannten Masashi und Ryuu, die über Beziehungen das Medikament beschaffen könnten, wäre da nicht ein Problem: Yukis Ersparnisse sind aufgebraucht. Um an Geld zu gelangen, schlagen die beiden ihm vor, sich als Sexsklave von ihnen verkaufen zu lassen …

Außerdem enthalten sind in diesem Band die Kurzgeschichten „Purism“, „Kinbaku“ (2 Kapitel) und „mob for Jack“ (2 Kapitel), die allesamt wie auch die titelgebende Geschichte bereits von 2008 bis 2010 als Doujinshi im Eigenverlag verkauft wurden. Einzig ein Kapitel, welches die Geschichte von „Pet Keiyaku“ fortsetzt, wurde erstmals in diesem Band veröffentlicht.
