Hinako Amari ist eine berühmte Radiomoderatorin und notorische Schürzenjägerin, allerdings ist sie seit kurzem ungewöhnlich reserviert. Der Grund dafür scheint ihre neue Co-Moderatorin, Arise Tsukishiro, zu sein, mit der sie gemeinsam an einem Girls-Love-Hörspiel arbeitet. Arise ist jung, brillant und hoffnungslos verliebt in Hinako. Doch zum Erstaunen ihrer Freunde und Ex-Geliebten, ist Hinako diesmal bereit sich zurückzuhalten, obwohl für jeden deutlich zu erkennen ist, dass sie sich für Arise interessiert.

Otomeiro Stay Tune ist ein früher Yuri-Manga von Miyabi Fujieda, die Serie pausiert seit Sommer 2008. In Ameiro Kouchakan Kandan Band 1 Extra, erklärt Fujieda, dass er Stay Tune nur als ein Nebenprojekt begonnen hat, welches er in seiner Freizeit zeichnet, was die lange Pause erklärt.
