Neil Ryder ist ein wahres Genie. Während er so schon für genug Trubel an der Universität sorgt, wird das Chaos erst perfekt als sich der Kronprinz unter die dortigen Studenten mischt, mit einem Haufen Untergebenen an den Fersen, die ihn so schnell wie möglich wieder nach Hause holen wollen.
