Die Mittelschülerin Riria ist hoffnungslos in den Nachbarsjungen verliebt. Das einzige Problem besteht nur darin, dass er viel älter ist, als sie. Er ist ein 26-jähriger Geschäftsmann aus einer reichen Familie und heißt Rinpei. Wenngleich er sie gut behandelt, sieht Rinpei sie nur als Kind und behandelt sie nur wie einen Freund. Umso schlimmer für die arme Riria, wo sie ihn doch so sehr liebt und er sie nicht als richtige Frau sieht!

Um das Alterproblem zu lösen, macht Riria eine Rundumerneuerung und verwandelt sich in eine vollkommen andere Person mit der Hoffnung, älter auszusehen. Nun versucht sie ihr Glück. Sie beschließt, Rinpei auf der Straße aufzusuchen und zu überprüfen, ob ihre »Verkleidung« ihn tatsächlich dazu bringen kann, sie als eine richtige »Frau« zu sehen und ob sie ihm gefällt. Und unglaublich aber wahr: Die Dinge laufen gut. In ihrer neuen Rolle gelingt es Riria, einen Eindruck zu hinterlassen! Tatsächlich, sie gefällt ihm!
