Akuji Nishimura lebt ein ganz normales Leben als Mittelschüler, bis er eines Tages einen Anruf aus dem Engelreich bekommt. Er wurde zufällig dazu auserkoren, Hexenrichter zu sein! Er trifft seinen neuen »Meister«, einen kleinen Engel namens Lulu, welche ihm die Situation schildert. Ihre Aufgabe ist es, die Göttin der Hexen zu finden, die sich irgendwo in der Stadt versteckt und sie aufzuhalten, die Welt an sich zu reißen. Mithilfe diverser Vorgehensweisen muss Akuji mit Lulu nun auf verdächtige Hexen Jagd machen und sie zu ausgesprochen peinlichen Gerichtsverhandlungen zwingen, damit sie ihre wahre Form offenbaren. Sie werden jede Hilfe gebrauchen, die sie kriegen können, bevor die Zeit abläuft!
