Tina Tia Lilu ist ein süßes und hilfsbereites Mädchen. Sie kommt aus dem Wind Up Dorf auf der Wind Up Insel. Als sie und ihre Freunde beim Spielen einen Jungen im Wasserfall finden, bemerkt Tina sofort, dass der mysteriöse Junge anders ist als sie. Aber nun geschehen auf einmal seltsame Dinge um sie herum. Sie bemerkt das Dr. Weirdlaff und seine Komplizen hinter etwas her sind, das etwas mit dem Jungen zu tun haben muss. Und so langsam beginnt sie auch noch für sie unbekannte Gefühle gegenüber dem Jungen zu entwickeln.
